I agree to play at a level consistent with this league. If I am more skilled I will dial it back, acknowledging the league's effort to keep a fair game and eliminate sub ringers.

I understand that I am limited to 3 goals per game and that should I somehow score a 4th goal it will be waved off.

I agree I will not attempt to score beyond 3 goals.

I understand that any fighting will result in immediate ejection, and removal from the league.

I understand that subs come from a list of league-approved subs.

Any team I select to play for may contact me to sub.

I agree to respond promptly to anyone who asks about my sub availability, even if the response is that I am unavailable or not sure yet.

I understand the sub fee is $20, paid to the person whose spot I am taking. I will arrange payment with them directly prior to the game. Sub fees are to be paid before the game begins.

I understand that for this season I am to proceed directly to the locker room for the team I am with upon arrival to the rink.
